2. A maximum of 20 students may enroll in each course offered by HAUI International Summer Session. Once a course reaches its maximum enrollment capacity, students can no longer submit an application for the course and will be placed on the waiting list.
3. The final exam is held during the last class (25th class), which occurs in the fifth and final week of a given course. If you cannot write the final exam on the specified date, please be sure to contact HAUI’s International Summer School office as soon as possible so that an alternative exam can be arranged.
4. Attendance rules follow regulations set by HAUI. For more details, please refer to the Student Handbook administered at orientation.
5. HAUI is committed to ensuring and guaranteeing that all students with a disability are able to make full use of any school facility. The same teaching material and resources will be made available to all students; students with a disability will also receive the same learning experience and opportunities. If you require special accommodations due to a disability, please contact the university’s International Summer School directly.
6. Students may apply for a transfer or withdrawal within 3 days of a course’s start date. If an application for withdrawal is submitted within 3 business days of a course’s start date, tuition fees will be refunded; otherwise, if submitted after a period of more than 3 business days, tuition fees will no longer be refundable. Any withdrawal that occurs during the first two weeks will be recorded as W (Withdrawn) on the student’s transcript. After this initial two-week period, the course will be recorded as F (Fail).
